Maintenance Department

The Maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of all Association Facilities and Community areas in Candlewick Lake throughout the year. They also make sure CWL equipment is kept in good repair.

Some of their duties include:

• Operating our lake weed harvester, then removing and disposing of their “harvest” during the warm months.

Keeping community travel easier and safer for all, residents, school busses delivery services alike by

• Making miscellaneous road repairs as needed.
• Plowing, salting and sanding roads and entrances in the winter.
